Q: If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the
future?
You can always get normal update version of the software
for free. Please download the update version when you get the update
notification when running the software. Your original license code is still
valid for the update version.
Q: How to register my software?
After you purchase the
software successfully, you will receive registration information via Email
immediately. Download the software you bought from our site and run it. Enter
the license code in the corresponding box to finish the registration.
Note:
since the license code is letter-sensitive, please COPY and PASTE the code. And
don't add any blank before or after it.
Q: I entered the license code you sent to me, but the software said
"Registration info is invalid.". Why?
There are several possible

2. License code is for the old version, but

Q: Do I need to re-register after I re-install the software?
No, you don't have to re-enter your registration info. Our software

Q: I get a new computer, what should I do to move the software I

First please uninstall the software
from your old computer. And then download the version you purchased from our

Q: How to solve the issue of error message of 'selected collating
sequence not supported by the operating system' when I start 5DFly Photo Design
and install the photo templates?
1. Click here to download the
file: edata.5db(660K).
2. Go to the folder you installed 5dfly, by
default is c:\program files\5dfly\5dfly photo design.
3.Copy the downloaded
file edata.5db to the 2 folders: db, config and replace the existing files in
the 2 folders.
The cause is that your PC has non-standard database sorting
order and fail to connect 5DFly database.
Q: How to solve the issue of error message of 'Microsoft PowerPoint
not installed...' when I want to generate PowerPoint file?
1. Click here to download the
file: 5dfly.pot(15K).
2. Go to the folder you installed 5dfly, by default
is c:\program files\5dfly\5dfly photo design.
3.Copy the downloaded file
5dfly.pot to the folder: config.
